Our newest bagpipe is the "Antique Edition" Based on an extremely old bagpipe, we have re-created the essence of it's stark simplicity and elegance. The stocks and drones all have a subtle curved shape and restrained flat combing. This bagpipe is available either in our standard bore or the original older style narrow bores. The older style is a flatter and softer sound, ideal for solo or Piobaireachd players and comes with a matching chanter, pitched around 466Hz.

Note the decorative shoulders on the drone tops, and cord beads on the bass mid section. The set shown here is made from Cocobolo, with Imitation horn mounts and bronze ferrules. |
